Placing your order is easy! Give us a call Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and one of our costume specialists will be available to answer any and all of your questions.
A minimum of $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to begin an order. The balance is due at the time of shipment. Group orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin.
Our forms of accepted payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money order and school purchase order. Personal checks are accepted for deposits only. If a personal check is used for the balance, the costume will not be shipped until the check has cleared the bank.
Allow at least 4-6 weeks for delivery. For orders that require less than 4 weeks for delivery a rush fee of $45.00 is required. Rush service is not always available.
Group orders require a single contact person who is responsible for all design issues, a single deposit, single balance payment and each individual's name with measurements. Changes or add-ons will be considered a new order and will be issued a new ship date.
Named Costumes
Order any one of our beautiful named costumes modeled on our website. All colors and materials can be substituted but price adjustments may be made.
Designer Costumes
Resketch - Got an idea for a costume? Send us a picture or sketch of the costume you have in mind and our designer will resketch the costume and submit it via email or fax for your approval. A design resketch requires a $25.00 fee. Any additional sketches are $15.00 each.
Custom Designs - For a $50.00 fee our designer can send you up to three custom designs for you to choose from based on your specific requests. Any additional sketches are $15.00 each.
Fabric swatches can be sent on request for a fee of $10.00 that will be applied to the balance of the costume. Design fees are non-refundable. Sketches are prepared in order based on the date the completed costume is needed. Any changes requested after production has begun will result in a fee determined by the difficulty of the change. Changes may result in a change of ship date.
Measurements & Alterations
Please see our Measurements page for further instructions. It is imperative that accurate measurements are provided. Kenerly Kreations, Inc. guarantees the fit on all new costumes provided that accurate measurements are given. It is the customer's responsibility to report any grievances by phone or email before shipping the costume back for any adjustments. The customer must also provide photographs that depict any fit issues before any alterations can be made. The costume must be returned within 20 days of the receipt of the costume in order to avoid the application of any alteration fees. Merchandise must be returned clean and in good condition. If it is determined that incorrect measurements were provided by the customer or measurements have changed due to growth or other reasons, alteration charges will be applied. In any case, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Rhinestoning
Rhinestones can add the perfect finishing touch to any costume. Provide us with a budget and let our head of this department, Kyong Wheeler, work her magic. Your budget determines the spacing of your rhinestones. We do not sell rhinestones.
