Color Guard Top 1

This tunic top has a base of black velvet V1 with angled sections of gold HOL13 and silver HOL14 hologram lycra with matching sequin swirls and trimmed in gold and silver 3/4" stretch sequin.  This top would go great with black velvet pants that can be made at an additional cost.
