This baton twirling costume is made of a royal blue velvet with middle sections of navy powernet. Royal blue liquid sequin accents the neckline and midsection. There are single-row sequin swirls that adorn the abdomen and bust and the Natalie has a double layer navy powernet skirt. This twirling costume can be made in any color combination.
