The Chelsea

This solo twirling costume is made mainly of black velvet V1. It features turquoise liquid sequin LS5 at the waist and there is a row of 3" silver zigzag fringe. Single-row sequin swirls accent the velvet sections. This twirling costume can be made in any color combination.
