The Betsy Ross

This solo twirling costume features red, white, and royal blue super stretch. There is a row of 3" silver zigzag fringe below a band of red liquid sequin at the hips. There are cutoutsof white super stretch stars on the bust. There is nude powernet on front and side. All of the pieces are edged in white super stretch. The nude areas can easily be changed to colored powernet or velvet, if desired. This twirling costume can be made in any color combination. This look is very modern and patriotic!
