The Delia

This solo twirling costume features large flowers of  hot pink super stretch on top of black velvet. There is a large section of black liquid sequin under the bust and waist that stretches around the back and is banded in black velvet. There is one row of 3" silver zigzag fringe at the hips and a section at the center front. There is nude powernet around the sides and front. This solo twirling costume really sparkles and shines! It can be made in any color combination. The nude areas can be filled in with velvet or colored powernet, if desired.
