The Heather

This black velvet twirling costume features a skirt and deatiled bodice. It has nude powernet on the sleeves, sides, and back. There are silver and magenta liquid sequin leaves with single-row sequin swirls on the front and back of bodice. These nude areas can easily be filled in with velvet or colored powernet at no additional charge, if desired. This twirling costume really shines on the floor and can be made in any color combination.
