The Emma

This twirling costume is constructed of black velvet with black single-row sequin swirls under red velvet with red single-row sequin swirls at the top.   All banding is black velvet.  Bottoms of this baton costume are black velvet with a red liquid-sequin inset at back.  Two rows of 3" silver zigzag fringe. One shoulder is nude powernet.
