The Jessica

This blue glitter velvet twirling costume features a skirt and detailed bodice. There is silver single-row sequin swirls adorning silver liquid sequin leaves along the front and back of bodice. The Jessica had drapey sleeves. There is nude powernet at the sides and these nude areas can easily be filled in with velvet or colored powernet at no additional charge, if desired. This twirling costume really shines on the floor and can be made in any color combination.
