Color Guard Top 2

This tunic top has a base of black velvet V1 with angled sections of gold HOL13 and silver HOL14 hologram lycra and white superstretch SS10 that has sequin swirl accents.  Gold and sliver 3/4" stretch sequins trim each section.  This top would go great with black velvet pants that can be made at an additional cost.

 

Stones can be added at an additional cost.
