This hunter green velvet V16 twirling costume features large sections of  white giltter velvet GV9 and silver hologram HOL14 edged in 3/4" silver stretch sequins. There is a row of 3" silver zigzag fringe at the hips and nude powernet at the shoulder. The nude areas can easily be changed to colored powernet or velvet, if desired. This twirling costume can be made in any color combination.

Stones can be added at an additional cost.
