The Lucy

This 2-piece costume is made of solid liquid sequin top (which increases the price) banded in black velvet.   It has a diagonal design of gold liquid sequin edged in silver stretch sequin with 3" gold zigzag fringe.   The bottoms are black velvet with diagonal strip of gold liquid sequin with 3" gold zigzag fringe.   This costume can have school letters placed on front, if desired.
