Ordering a Kenerly Kreation is easy. Just contact us by
phone or email and we'll help you get the process started. You may choose from many available pathways to Kreate that beautiful costume for your performer: All costumes are made to order and will be
made per measurements you submit to us. Our desire is to create and manufacture unique high quality custom performance costumes for our customers that are "second to none". We want you to be pleased with the entire process…especially the part when the lights hit the costume for the first time.
- Order a 'Named' costume from our selection of costumes. This option offers the best pricing available. Custom colors and fabrics may be substituted but may affect the price. Swatches can be sent on request. Sketches are not performed for this option.
- Send us a picture or sketch of what you would like and give us any details of fabric colors or adornments that you desire. Our designers will review your request and will re-sketch and send to you by email or standard mail for approval. Re-sketching the design ensures that all the costumes details are interpreted correctly and that the design is structurally feasible to "kreate". Fee for initial re-sketching of designs will be $25.00. Any additional sketches will be $15.00 each. Cost of first design sketches will be applied to the balance of the costume; any additional designs will result in additional cost. Swatches can be sent on request.
- Simply describe by email or by phone what you would like. Specify style (solo, strut, dress, etc...), features, theme or song, colors, fabrics etc. Let us take it from there and our designers will send you a sketch for approval. Fee for new sketch designs is $50.00 and any additional re-sketches are $15.00 each. Cost of first design sketches will be applied to the balance of the costume; any additional designs will result in additional cost. Swatches can be sent on request.
- Come visit us! We would love to have you come to our Jesup, GA showroom and work directly with our customer service folks on any of the above options. Let us know when you're coming so we can schedule time for your visit.
Design fees must be paid before sketches will be sent out. Please allow a minimum of three weeks (can take longer depending on the season) to receive the first design sketch. Design fees are nonrefundable. Once a design has been decided upon and put into production (deposit is paid) any changes to the design by the customer are subject to the change fee ($25.00 minimum) determined by the difficulty of the change. Changes will likely affect the ship date.
Business Hours
Telephones answered and phone orders taken Mon - Fri, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time except holidays. Orders submitted through e-mail and fax will be responded to quickly (within two hours) if received during business hours, or by the next business day if received after business hours.
Deposit
A minimum of $200.00 deposit is needed to begin an order. Balance must be paid in full before completed costume is shipped. Highly-specialized orders involving large amounts of stoning will require a 50% deposit. Kenerly Kreations, Inc. accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Personal checks accepted for deposits only. If personal check sent for balance, costume will not be shipped until check clears the bank. Deposits are nonrefundable. Refunds will be given with store credit only.
Delivery Time/Rush Service
Allow approximately 4-6 weeks for orders to be completed and shipped. If an order is needed in less than 4 weeks, an additional $65.00 fee is required. Rush service is not always available.
Alteration Policy
All sales are final. Costume returns are only accepted for alteration. It is the customer's responsibility to report any grievances by phone or email immediately. Customer must return costume to Kenerly Kreations
within 20 days of receiving the product. Any claims received after 20 days will result in an alteration fee. Merchandise must be returned clean and in good condition. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Group Orders
A group order consists of four costumes or more ordered at the same time. Orders must be placed by one contact person who will be responsible for sending all measurements at one time. The contact person will be responsible for all design issues, single deposit, and single balance payment. A deposit of 50% of the total is required to begin production. Changes or adds on items will be considered a new order and will be given a new delivery date and are subject to our change fees. Our designers will be glad to assist you in choosing your unique group design and are subject to our design/sketch fees listed above. Please place a name on each person's measurements. All group costumes will be shipped together to one location.
Measurements
Please measure your child and send us accurate measurements. (measurements link) If you would like the costume to fit slightly big to allow for some normal growth, please tell us and let us add to the measurements. If you are a new customer or are unsure about how to take correct and accurate measurements please use our guide to taking proper measurements, or please call us and we will gladly walk you through it! We guarantee fit on all new costumes if correct measurements are given. If we determine that incorrect measurements were given then our alteration fees will be charged. If adjustments are required to be made by Kenerly Kreations, shipping charges are the customers' responsibility. Charges for alterations may apply in most circumstances. We guarantee that we can please the customer with our custom fitting expertise.
Liquid Sequin
Liquid sequin is a beautiful but delicate fabric used on many custom costumes. It is highly desirable because of the depth and captivating sheen it gives on the competition floor or stage. Many domestic suppliers are discontinuing fabrication of liquid sequin. Kenerly Kreations, Inc. has obtained sources overseas and has every color available. If your custom costume has liquid sequin, please check it often and use E6000 glue (on a toothpick) and place dabs of glue under any loose sequins or threads. We will send you some scraps of every color liquid sequin on your costume to replace any sequins that work their way loose during competition. Please be informed that Kenerly Kreations, Inc. is not responsible for the lack of durability of Liquid Sequin fabric. Because of the rising cost of liquid sequins, any costume where liquid sequins have been used will reflect this in the pricing.

Our stoning department, headed by Kyong Wheeler, is excited about creating a unique and gorgeous costume just for you! From a small amount of stoning to our upper end, sometimes placing 30 or more gross of stones per suit, let Kyong and the ladies make your Kenerly Kreations custom costume really make a lasting impression! Kyong enjoys using colored, shaped, and all sizes of stones to make a truly one-of-a-kind look just for you. Our rhinestone pricing is as follows:
